This website is operated by minicarspares. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to minicarspares.
Agreement
By accepting these terms and conditions, you hereby guarantee that you are over the age of 18, and have the right to commit to these agreements.
When the consumer has placed an order, a receipt will automatically be sent out by e-mail. If a customer for some reason has not received a confirmation e-mail after purchase, the customer should contact us immediately.
The price that can be seen in the basket or by the receipt includes the price for the products, delivery and all taxes, such as VAT.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and make a refund to the consumer, if the order for instance consists of products that are not in stock or for any reason cannot be delivered. In case of this event, we will notify the customer first.
Prices for our products on the website minicarspares.com are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer can return the items from a order for a period of 14 days after receiving it. MinicarSpares may ask the consumer the reason for returning products. The customer is responsible for any costs related to the return shipment back to our warehouse, such as the shipping fee. Before returning the goods, the customer must contact us to report the upcoming return.
If the delivery of the order consists of items that are damaged or are not the same on as ordered, the consumer can return the wrong items and have the order refunded. In the event of faulty, damaged or missing goods, or any other discrepancy regarding the delivery, the customer should always contact us immediately.
The returned goods must have no defects, be complete, undamaged and in the original packaging and unused, unless the goods was damaged upon arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right to not accept the return and not make a full refund.
Delivery conditions
If the consumer does not pick the things up at our warehouse, the orders are delivered by the carrier DHL.
According to DHL, every delivery has a delivery time around 3-6 working days across Europe. We reserve the right to not take responsibility for any delays regarding packages sent by the carrier DHL.
All orders to foreign countries are subject to a handling time. We estimate the handling time to no more than 48 hours, although we cannot be held responsible for any delays to the handling time. The order process time may be prolonged by international or Swedish national holidays as well as shortage of stock.
Payments
We accept the payment methods which is included in Shopify payments. When you place an order with one of the Shopify payment alernatives, the payment provider is responsible for your payment information safety. We do not store nor have access to any of your payment information.
GDPR-policy
A customers personal information is saved during our checkout process. This does not account for any payment information, such as card numbers and similar, which is handled by Shopify Payments, and thus are not in any way accessible for us.
Why is customer information stored? The purpose of storing customer information is as follows: identification of the customer, shipment of orders, bookkeeping and to contact customers in the event of any errors or questions regarding placed order.
What is stored? Information that may be stored includes: address, telephone number, personal identity number (social security number, SSN), email address and name.
For how long is this information stored? Information is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy. A customer may at any given time demand to receive a copy of the information over email.
With whom is the information shared? Information may be subject to sharing to fulfill our commitment as a business, or to follow prevailing laws. Information may be shared to shipping companies and payment providers. To meet local laws, information may be shared to authorities upon valid request. We never sell, or share, any customer information to third parties.
